Authentic Leadership: Why Being Real Builds Stronger Teams

Authentic leadership starts with self-awareness. Leaders who understand their values and communicate them openly are easier to trust because their actions align with their words. For example, when a leader admits a mistake instead of hiding it, the team learns that honesty is valued and that it’s safe to be human.
